Eggplant Masala
Ingredients Eggplant - 1 large cut into rectangle like shapes. ginger garlic paste salt as required tomato - 1 Corriander leaves - a few fenugreek leaves - a few graham masala - 1/2 tspn turmeric - 1/4 tspn corriander powder - 1 tspn
