Baked buns stuffed with bbq chicken



Bread recipe
flour - 2 cups
water - as needed
yeast - about 1 tbspn
sugar - about 4 spoons

Mix yeast with sugar and water until the yeast doubles in size. Then mix and knead in with the remainder ingredients for about 20 minutes. Set aside for 4 hours. Punch bread and knead again for another 5 - 10 minutes. Break into six balls. Stuff with bbq chicken and set aside for another 30 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Bbq chicken filling recipe
Chicken breast - 1
green peppers
onions
chilli flakes
bbq sauce
masala powder - a pinch
chilli powder - as needed
black pepper - as needed

Bake the chicken with dry powders. Break the chicken into little pieces. Fry onions and green peppers, add cooked chicken with a hint of bbq sauce.
