BBQ Baked Chicken




Chicken - 16 pieces
Ginger & garlic paste - 2 spoons.
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Red chilly - 3 spoons
Black pepper - 2 spoons
Salt - to taste
BBQ sauce - 1 spoon

Mix all the above ingredients. Leave in the fridge for about 3 hours. Bake 250 for 1 hour and then 350 degrees another hour.


Serve with mashed potato or even eat it with rice.
