Ingredients
Extra Lean Ground Beef - 500 gms
Potato - 2 small
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green Chillies - 3 pieces
Onion - 1 or 2 small
Masala Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Crushed Chilli Flakes - 1 spoon
Black Pepper - 2 spoon
Salt - as required
Directions
Mix all above ingredients (except for potato) in a fry pan (there is no need to add oil). Keep on low flame until meat turns light brown. Make sure to chop up the meat with your spoon. Add the medium finely chopped potato. Cook until ready.
