I first tried balsamic chicken at my cousins house. Although the one I made does not taste quite as good as hers, it was still delicious. Give this recipe a try.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts - 4
Balsamic Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Flour - as required
salt
black pepper
Chicken stock - as required
Thyme - a lot
Directions:
Remove skin from breasts and marinate chicken with salt and black pepper. Dredge chicken in flour and place in a pan that is hot with a little bit of oil. Brown both sides and put aside. In the same pot add the rest of the flour, black pepper, chicken stock, thyme and balsamic vinegar until simmer. Place chicken and sauce in a baking bowl and bake until cooked. Serve with baby potatoes or spinach.
