Ingredients
Pork - 700 gm
Onion - 1 small
Kunji ulli - 2 nos
ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbspn
red chilli powder - 1 tbspn
corriander powder - 2 tbspn
home made graham masala - 1 tbspn
black pepper - 1/2 tbspn
turmeric - 1/2 tbspn
Toasted coconut shavings - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - a few
Salt - to taste
Directions
Cook pork on slow flame with all ingredients (except for toasted coconut shavings & Graham Masala). Toast graham masala with half of the other dry powders. once toasted add to the pork. Add the toasted coconut shavings.
Once cooked garnish with a few fried onions, ginger & garlic paste and curry leaves
