This is Thrissur style fish curry.
Ingredients
Fish - 500 g
Red Chilly Powder - 2 - 3 spoons
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Onions - 1 small
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tbpsn
Salt - as desired
Kudampuli - 2 pieces
Coconut milk - 1 tbpsn
Curry Leaves - a few
Directions
Mix all ingredients above (excluding coconut milk) in pot and heat up until cooked.
Add the coconut milk.
Optional - garnish with a few onions and few more curry leaves.
