Beef - cut into small cubes - 1kg
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
red chilly pepper - 1 spoon
black pepper - 1 spoon
Meat masala - 1 spoon
Corriander powder - 2 spoon
Vinegar/Yogurt - 1 spoon
onions - 1 large
cabbage
curry leaves
ginger & garlic paste
Pressure cook the bee until 3/4 done. fry onions with curry leaves in oil until translucent. Add ginger & garlic paste along with remainder of the masala. Add cooked beef to the onions.
Once the beef is cooked add chunks of cabbage to the top. Cover and cook until done.
